The “IL SABBA” farm has a vineyard area of approximately 4 hectares immersed in the upper part of Sannio Beneventano.

The vineyards are located in the Telesina Valley, in the area between Mount Taburno and the Matese chain with soils of between 350 and 50 meters above sea level.

The presence of soils characterized by ignimbrite bells and soils characterized by clayey sandstones influence the wines that are, therefore, representative of a very wide range and reflect the peculiarities of the production area with their flavors and colors. in the municipalities of Guardia Sanframondi, Castelvenere, Solopaca and Telese Terme, taking in each of them the climatic and pedological qualities.

In the municipality of Guardia Sanframondi, one of the municipalities of Sannio Beneventano with the oldest tradition of winemakers, the company mainly cultivates Falanghina and Greco. In the territory of Solopaca, also the latter with ancient traditions on the cultivation of grapes, Falanghina and Barbera are cultivated.

Falanghina, again, is produced in the territory of Castelvenere, a town with the most vine-growing percentage of Sannio Beneventano with soils characterized by tufaceous areas dating back perhaps to the volcanic activity of Roccamonfina, and of Telese Terme, where the vine is produced on sands and flat gravels alluvial and clay. In its own vineyards, the company does not use chemical herbicides.

The processing site, located in the municipality of San Lorenzo Maggiore in the Canale di Marco area, is on average 15 km from the vineyards.
