  • Vinification: The grapes have a soft pressing process fermentation in contact whit the skins for 20-22 days at a controlled temperature of 26° C.
  • Refining system: in stainless steel tanks for at least 10 months
  • Alcohol percentage: 13% vol.
  • Color: Intense ruby red color
  • Scents: Blackberry and raspberry nuances Intense and persistent, nice fruit scents
  • Taste: Soft mouthfee and well structured
  • Service temperature: 18-20° C.
  • Matching: Red meats and aged cheeses
